ABOUT ME

Raised in Chicago by first-generation American parents who taught me hard work, honesty, and the value of always giving my best, I found acting almost by accident, through an improv class meant to sharpen business skills. It took years of training while raising my daughters before it truly stuck.

What better way to understand the human species than to act? I love portraying the people who make up this world, some likable, others not so much. Telling stories that make people laugh, cry, get angry, or think motivates me most.

That pull to understand people runs deeper than craft, though. My faith grounds me. It's taught me to find strength, courage, and grace in seasons I didn't choose, and to extend that grace to myself as generously as I try to extend it to others.
